Let’s go to The Entrance!

We had a great long weekend at The Entrance. Have you been to The Entrance on NSW Central Coast? It is a glorious place to visit.

We stayed in a lovely cabin situated in a small family-run caravan park. It is only walking distance to both the beach and The Entrance shops.

The Entrance has some great vintage shops and vintage markets at Toukley. We bought some great items at great prices! Toukley has a great shop called Suicide Glam, where I purchased way too many items.

There are many fantastic beaches, whale and dolphin watching tours and an old lighthouse that also has a tour to the top of the lighthouse.

So many restaurants to choose from, the marina, and pelican feeding….

There is a fantastic national park near Budgewoi, called Munmorah State Conservation Area, which is well worth a visit. It has bushwalking, camping, fishing, surfing, picnic areas, swimming and fantastic views! The beaches are pristine, the views are breathtaking and you might be lucky enough to see whales passing by. It is really worth the drive through it!

The Entrance really is a great place to visit. At the end of October each year they hold a Rockabilly festival over three days, The Chromefest. We will definitely be back to The Entrance for that weekend. Looking forward to it!! Details can be found on…
